    • Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, as indicated by the order confirmation. Requests submitted after this period will be denied.

      • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
      • All original tags must remain attached and intact.
      • The product and its packaging must be free from damage, stains, odors, or any alterations.
    • Items that do not meet these criteria, including those that have been worn, have missing tags, or show signs of damage, will not be accepted for return.
  3. Return Process:

    • Upon approval, you will receive return instructions, including a designated return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Keera May (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
    • Items must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving return approval to remain eligible.
  4. Refunds:

    • Keera May’s determination of an item’s condition is final.
  6. Exchanges:
    • At this time, Keera May does not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
  7. Liability:
    • Keera May is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
