Orders totaling $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders below $100 USD will incur a flat shipping fee of $15 USD.

All rates are applicable only to destinations within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Additional fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) from the date of purchase.

Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Keera May is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation:

Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking details and ensure successful delivery. Keera May is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Keera May is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to file claims directly with the carrier in such instances.

If a shipment is damaged in transit, photographic evidence and a claim must be submitted to the carrier within their designated timeframe. Keera May may assist with documentation upon request but is not obligated to replace or refund such orders.

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Keera May is not liable for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for reshipment or refund unless returned to Keera May at the customer’s expense.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled prior to processing by contacting [orders@keeramay.store]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.
